Understanding Digital Refunds
At THOFFICIAL ENTERPRISES, we specialize in digital products and services. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business, taking into account the unique nature of digital services.
Our Commitment: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something goes wrong with our service, we will fix it. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you. Change of mind after service completion is the only situation where refunds cannot be issued.
Digital Products (Keys, Files, Downloads)
Before Delivery
If you haven't received your digital product yet, you may cancel your order for a full refund. Simply contact our support team before delivery.
After Delivery
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds after the product has been delivered if you simply change your mind. Once a digital key or file has been provided, it cannot be "returned" as the product is now in your possession.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Not as described: Missing features that were advertised
- Defective: Key doesn't work, file is corrupted
- Wrong item: You received a different product than ordered
Please contact us immediately. We will either replace the product with the correct one or issue a full refund.
Resolution Time: Most digital product issues are resolved within 24 hours.
Game Boosting Services
Cancellation Before Start
You may cancel your boosting service for a full refund at any time before the service has begun. Once our team has started working on your order, the service is considered "in progress."
Service in Progress
If you wish to cancel while the service is in progress:
- Partial Refund: You will receive a refund for the unfinished portion of the service
- Completed Work: You pay for what has already been completed
Service Completion
No refunds for change of mind after service completion. Once we have successfully delivered the boosting service as promised, we cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
Service Performance Issues
If we fail to deliver the service as promised:
- We will continue working until the service is completed correctly
- If we cannot complete the service, you will receive a full refund
- Progress updates are provided so you can track completion
Note: Boosting services take time. If you change your mind after we've invested hours into your account, we cannot refund the completed work.
Gaming Accounts
Pre-Delivery
Full refund available before account credentials are provided to you.
Post-Delivery
Once account details have been shared with you:
- No refunds for change of mind - The account is now in your possession
- Account Issues: If the account doesn't match the description, contact us immediately
Account Problems
If the account has issues:
- Wrong rank or missing items → We will upgrade or replace the account
- Account not working → Full refund or replacement
- Account banned shortly after purchase → Refund (with verification)
Account Warranty: All accounts come with a 30-day warranty against bans caused by previous owner activity. This does not cover bans caused by your own actions after purchase.
Custom Orders
Before Work Begins
Full refund available if we haven't started working on your custom order.
Work in Progress
Custom orders are unique and cannot be resold. If you cancel during development:
- You pay for work completed so far
- Remaining balance refunded
Completed Custom Work
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, refunds cannot be issued after completion unless the work does not meet the agreed specifications.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
We stand behind our services. If you experience any issues:
Step 1: Report the Issue
Contact us within 14 days of service completion or product delivery. Provide details about what went wrong.
Step 2: We Investigate
Our team will review the issue and determine the best resolution:
- Service Issue: We will fix it at no additional cost
- Wrong Product: We will replace it with the correct item
- Defective Product: We will provide a working replacement
- Unfixable Problem: Full refund issued
Step 3: Resolution
We aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours. Complex cases may take longer, but we'll keep you updated.
Our Promise: If we can't fix it, you get your money back. No complicated processes, no runaround.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in these cases:
- Change of mind after service completion - You received what you paid for
- Service already delivered - Digital products cannot be "returned"
- Account bans from your own actions - Using cheats, toxic behavior, etc.
- Requests outside our control - Game updates, server maintenance, etc.
- Refund abuse - Multiple refund requests without valid reason
- Chargeback fraud - Filing chargebacks without contacting us first
Important: Always contact us first if you have an issue. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension and legal action for fraud.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We understand that sometimes issues arise. However, we ask that you follow this process:
- Contact Us First - 99% of issues can be resolved directly
- Give Us a Chance - We will investigate and offer a fair solution
- Last Resort - Only file a chargeback if we fail to resolve the issue
If you file a chargeback without contacting us:
- Your account will be suspended
- You will lose access to all services
- We will provide all evidence to the payment processor
- You may be banned from future purchases
If the chargeback is found in your favor but we can prove the service was delivered correctly, we reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraud.
Refund Processing Timeframes
Once a refund is approved:
- Cryptocurrency: Within 24 hours
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 24-48 hours
- Other Payment Methods: Varies by provider
We process refunds as quickly as possible. The time it takes for the money to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies.
